This sculpture ​project combines student artwork with the 6th grade Social Studies curriculum. Visual learners get an opportunity to use their artistic skills while learning about Egyptian culture.

The Form:

Foam core board, tape, plaster, and even a balloon are used for the lid of the Sarcophagus.
